Your utility meter will be read based on your cycle number. You can find your cycle and route number by looking at the top of your utiliity bill. Click on the icon to the right to view a Sample Utility Bill.

Click icon to the right to view or download a copy of the 2007 Meter Reading Calendar that contains the schedule for the current year.
On occasions your meter reading may be estimated. The reasons for an estimated bill vary, but most likely it is because the meter reader was unable to access your meter, due to a locked gate, animals, or weather conditions.
To avoid estimates, you can sign up for the Customer Call-In Program and call in your meter readings on a monthly basis to a Customer Service Representative at 361-826-3403.
