EDUCATIONAL INCENTIVE PAY
An officer who successfully completes his probationary period will qualify for educational incentive pay. Officers will receive $1.00 per month for each semester hour satisfactorily completed. Completion of an associates degree will qualify officers to receive $71.00 per month and a bachelors degree will qualify officers to receive $125.00 per month. A masters degree will qualify an officer to receive $155.00 per month.
